By accessing and using the Golden One, LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including private sector clients and government agencies.

Golden One, LLC provides professional trucking and hauling services including but not limited to: gravel and earth hauling, water transportation, heavy equipment transport, and specialized services for infrastructure projects, solar installations, and mining operations. All services are subject to availability, capacity, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly. Information collected through our website and service operations (including contact information, project details, and operational data) is used solely for service delivery, communication, and business operations. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. For government contracts, we comply with all applicable data protection regulations including the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) and other relevant requirements. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required for service delivery (such as with insurance providers or regulatory agencies) or as required by law. All data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for business purposes or as required by law.

All trucking services are provided pursuant to specific service agreements or contracts. Pricing, terms, and conditions are established through quotes and formal agreements. We reserve the right to refuse service or modify terms based on project requirements, safety considerations, or regulatory compliance. For government contracts, we comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and applicable state procurement requirements.

Golden One, LLC maintains comprehensive commercial liability insurance, cargo insurance, and workers' compensation coverage as required by law. Our liability is limited to the terms specified in individual service agreements. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, mechanical failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We operate in full compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requirements, and all applicable state and local regulations. Our drivers are properly licensed, trained, and certified. Our fleet meets or exceeds all safety and environmental standards.

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts and to suspend services for non-payment. For government contracts, we comply with the Prompt Payment Act and applicable payment regulations.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Golden One, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden One, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden One, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

For services provided under government contracts, additional terms and conditions may apply as required by the contracting agency. We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local procurement regulations, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements, Davis-Bacon Act provisions where applicable, and other regulatory requirements.

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be subject to good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law or contract (such as government contracts which may require specific dispute resolution procedures).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Golden One, LLC regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
